My approach could be described as holistic. I believe other lifestyle factors like sleep, energy level, gastrointestinal issues, physical movement, AND mental health are extremely important to living a healthy life. We will work together to address these if they are getting in the way of adequate nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle.

Certified Nutrition Expert
Nutrition, metabolism, performance and weight loss are complicated sciences. I am a registered dietitian and earned a masters degree in food and nutritional sciences. I can help make understanding and learning the complex science easy and fun!

Psychology Foundation
The foundation of my education is based on psychological sciences. I truly seek to understand people and to communicate effectively with others while showing compassion. I also have additional training in mindful and intuitive eating practices which has helped me better serve others as they nagivate the complicated world of nutrition and eating.

Positivity + Gratitude
I truly believe in the power of positivity. I will help focus you on seeing the positives in life, think about things in a positive manner and we will also practice gratitude together!
